Tasting- Bolla Soave

Name: Bolla Soave
Region: Verona
Country: Italy
Year:2010
Price: 10.95
Shop: Vintage Cellar
Winery Review:  Pale straw in color with aromas of flowers and pear. Medium-bodied, harmonious, and balanced with hints of lemon and acacia honey. Pair with antipasto, risottos, seafood, and pizza.

Review: This says Classico on the bottle and I have seen that many times before on Italian wine labels however I have yet to ask what it means. It smelled like milk almost with some mold in there. Then there was some fruity and floral smells along with oak and musty smells. The taste was sweet, dry apple.
It was nice but did not floor me. Not a single 'Classico' has ever floored me.
