Shop Review: Flint and mineral notes accent pineapple and lime aromas, while on
the palate, the wine shows plenty of ripe, citrusy fruit flavors.
Tangy acids on the long finish provide balance.
Review: It smelled like a semi-dirty fish tank. I have no idea where they are getting the flint from. Maybe a little like soil mixed with pear. There is also a slightly wooded smell once you get past the fish tank.
It tasted completely unlike how it smelled. It was fresh and light with lime citrus flavors and a tangy sweet finish.

Tasting- Don Ramon Tinto
Name: Don Ramon Tinto
Region: Field of Boria ???
Country: Spain
Year: 2002
Price: 7.95
Shop: Vintage Cellar
Shop Review: 75% Grenache, 25% Tempranillo. Aged 3 months in American Oak
casks. Ruby red in color, with creamy aromas of earth and cherry.
Flavor turns toward deeper and darker black cherry and raspberry
on a medium framework. A subtle earthiness underneath the bright
fruit adds some depth and complexity.
Review: It smelled like charcoal barbecued fruit, also some raspberries and cherries. There was also a soil or earthy component. The wine tasted like cherry, spicy (like the barbecue spices), and cinnamon. It was not as hot as I thought it would be by its smell.
