Shop Review:  Soft and creamy, although with just the right Vinho Verde bite, this
is a crisp and clean wine, boasting light pear and pink grapefruit
flavors. Off dry and very fresh.
Review: It smelled like a pear or apple. However a green pear or apple because there was a more sour apple smell than a ruby red. It tasted like a sour apple too. There was also a hint of a citrus fruit.

Other Blogsite Review:  This red wine was a great deal at Trader Joes for those who like a touch of sweetness with their red wine. This wine is made with the Dornfelder grape used a lot in Germany and has a lot of flavors of plum and cherry. This wine is best served cold and is good on its own or paired with something with a spicier feel such as pizza or a spicy pasta sauce. Next to the moscatelle, this wine is the best wine for the price that we bought when we got a case of wine at Trader Joe's. This wine is very mellow with no tannic dry aftertaste. I would definitely think this wine would be crowd pleaser for the non-hard core red wine drinkers, and for the people who like an off-dry wine. I would definitely buy this again at this price, and maybe buy the case for backyard barbeque.
Review: This wine smelled like it would be dry. There was no hint at the beginning that there would be sugar. Other than the label. I could smell fruit almost a berry and plumb mix, somewhat like the smell when you open a bag of dried fruit, but not quite that strong. It tasted yummy and sweet. I tasted the berries and the other fruits as well as a light floral and vegetable flavor.

Review: So I decided to try to drink the "old" moscato that I used to buy and see if it was now ruined for me and my daily consumption. It was. It smelled flat. There was no extra aromas. Only the sugary vanilla and the pear and apple smells like always. It tasted the same too but with out something I couldn't really name.The other Moscato had a little zing to it after you drank it.
