Winery Review:  The aroma of our Sonoma County Cabernet Sauvignon is very fruit driven, with a nice combination of blackberry, red currant, and a background of dark chocolate and cocoa. A hint of brightness in the fruit aromas, together with the classic Cabernet depth, signals this wine's Sonoma County roots. On the palate, dark chocolate-covered cherry flavors meet hints of mocha, and the dark fruit profile carries all the way through the lively mid-palate. The mouthfeel is soft and silky, with mouthfilling, velvety tannins that give the wine finesse and marry well with the wine's light acidity. In addition, the mixture of French and American oak aging lends light touches of vanilla and cinnamon to this wine's background complexity. This wine's focused fruit profile and depth, finishing with a long raspberry note, makes this wine stand out as a classic Sonoma County Cabernet.
Review: The smell was yeasty and floral. There were some liquorice flavors as well.  You could taste a berry maybe strawberry, plumb, and a grassy vegetation finish. You could also taste the alcohol. The wine was slightly dry.

Review: The smell was slightly fruity, I thought I got some berry (strawberry or raspberry), also a slight sulfur smell. When I tasted it there was a dryness to the wine, even though it was a white. The fruit was dulled by the chemical taste. The finish definitely was buttery. There was also a grass or vegetation taste.

Tasting- Allamand

Review: The smell was at first very buttery. There were citrus and clove undertones as well. Not as much fruit as I usually smell when having the wines I like. After I tasted it the citrus really came out and hit me in the face. There was another taste, I am sure it is a herb or spice I just couldn't identify it yet. It also was a slightly dry.

Tasting- Frisk

Review: The smell was sugary sweet, almost syrupy. There was some tree fruit after a few smells. There was some pear and some apple. After a while there was some floral scents. When I finally tasted it tasted like sweet berry and licorice. However, although it reminded me of moscato it was not as sweet. I really liked it, and bought it.

Tasting- Cotes-du-Rhone

Review: The smell, at first, was very buttery. Then came some raisin, chemical sulfur and oak barrel. Then the taste: sulfur, berry in the begining, flat in the middle, and chemically at the finish. There was a slight soil taste as well.

Tasting- Antano

Review: The smell was buttery again. Then came some plum and apricot. At the end there was some moldy and must smells and some sugar (very little). The taste was a mixture of vanilla, apple and clove. At the finish all was overwhelmed by the chemical taste.

Review: Really sweet, citrus, apple , berry. All sugar and fruit in the smell. Almost to the point of it smelling more like candy then anything else. The taste reminded me of liquified cotton candy. It was wonderful.
